MMT SUPER BIKES

The MTT Turbine superbike is starring in the Warner Brothers movie "TORQUE", and Men's Journal lists the bike as one the most "awe-inspiring, innovative, and otherwise amazing designs" in their feature article "Perfect Stuff". With production limited to five per year, it's no wonder the superbikbulag ata itong mga journalists na ito eh, napaka pangit nga ng itsura ng Y2K, I remember reading an article citing that it "looked like a dead fish" kasi nga napaka ganda ng design ng fairings at lalo na yung headlight assembly.they are only marketing it as the world's fastest production bike, pero all in all, mas astig pa rin yung mga common jap sport bikes.e has become a

Buell 1125 R

Buell 1125R

The Buell 1125R motorcycle is vastly improved in the last six months(launch in late 2007) but, make no mistake, it’s not Japanese or Italian standard in any one area of the bike. The engine is a 146 HP Helicon™ liquid-cooled, 4-stroke, 72° V-Twin that delivers solid punches. But vibration can be an issue, depending on what uprated ECU setting is installed – development is still ongoing. As a road bike it would be best to describe the 1125R as a powerful ride that’s not make you feel good but also looks good.

BOND STOCK BIKES

Spending a day at the Cycle World International Motorcycle Show will probably remind you of what you love about bikes, and what you don't love, too. I won't use this as a platform to dissect my personal two-wheeled tastes, but in addition to the myriad manufacturers displaying their brand new, bone stock bikes, there are also plenty of one-off creations on display, including this custom 2008 Suzuki Hayabusa. A co-venture with urban clothing company L-R-G, the trick 'Busa is an exercise in clean styling, and features clear wheels that highlight the minimalistic tubular swingarm

WINTER BIKE

Winter in the northern hemisphere doesn't officially begin until December 22, but for many of us it's already too cold to ride.
I'm still riding here in sunny southern California, but if you're not among those lucky enough to enjoy year-round motorcycling you'll want to take proper care of your bike until spring rolls around: that means proper motorcycle winter storage, which we've encapsulated in our step-by-step motorcycle winter storage tips.
Depending on how long your bike will be in storage, you'll want to read up on various ways to avoid letting moisture and inactivity take its toll on your two-wheeled transportation. And if you're still riding, check out our motorcycle oil change, tire maintenance, and chain maintenance step-by-step articles.

SUBRA BULID BIKES

Car blogs are buzzing with a rumor that has been circulating the bike world for some time: that Subaru might enter the motorcycle market.
Rumors surrounding the supposed Subie (whose alleged spy photo is seen here) include mention of a 499cc DOHC single that produces 50 horsepower, manufactured by Subaru's parent company, Fuji Heavy Industries. The powerplant has already been seen in Polaris quads, and the hypothetical sportbike-- dubbed the HS500-- wears a Chinese-built, cast aluminum frame, and a beefy swingarm.
Though not as hardcore as Subaru's rally-bred WRX STi, the motorcycle, if it sees the light of day, could offer an economical alternative in the middleweight arena.
Do you think Subaru should bother building a bike, or are you content with their four-wheeled offerings? Share your thoughts by commenting.

SUPWE HEAVY WEIGHT

Well, there is a reason I did not go out of my way and call it the fastest two wheeler on turf and that is quite simple because it ain’t one. The Tomahawk is still a bike but it seems to have four wheels under it. To carry this super heavy weight among the bikes that is pretty much a requirement. But that does not take away an iota of style or sheer intimidating appearance that the Tomahawk carries. This is pretty much the “Iron Mike’ among the bikes and is designed to deliver that early second round knock out. That does not mean that there is nothing pretty about this machine.

Competition in the hyper sport bike segment increased with the release of motorcycles like the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14 and BMW K1200S. This increased competition led to Suzuki heavily revising the GSX1300R for the 2008 model year.Suzuki has dropped the GSX1300R designation in some countries and simply called the motorcycle the Hayabusa. The engine size was increased to 1340 cc (81.7 cu in) with the compression ratio increasing to 12.5:1. The revised engine has a claimed 12% increase in power to 194 hp (145 kW).Fuel is now fed through a pair of new 44 mm (1.7 in) Suzuki Dual Throttle Valve (SDTV) throttle bodies. The Suzuki Drive Mode Selector (S-DMS), a technology introduced on the GSX-R line of motorcycles, provides three options of power delivery for a range of touring to wide open high performance. Some of the more notable features include a new 4-2-1-2 exhaust system meets Euro 3 and EPA Tier 2 emission regulations, a slipper clutch, and redesigned bodywork. The motorcycle is capable of the following performance:1/4 mile (402 m): 9.34 seconds @ 149.7 mph (241 km/h)0–60 mph: 2.49 seconds0–180 mph: 15.9 secondsTop speed: 188 mph (303 km/h) electronically restricted
The GSX-R1000 is a super bike from Suzuki's GSX-R series of motorcycles. It was introduced in 2001 to replace the GSX-R1100 and is powered by a liquid-cooled 999 cc (61.0 cu in) inline four-cylinder 4-stroke engine.
In 2006, Suzuki revealed a significantly updated GSX-R1000 for 2007 at the Paris motor show. The new bike gained 14 lb (6.4 kg) over the 2006 model which was due to its new exhaust system and new emissions regulations. To counter this significant weight increase, Suzuki claimed improved aerodynamics. Although not a completely new model, the engine and chassis have been updated. It also featured three different engine mapping configurations, selectable via a three-position handlebar switch; standard, sport, and 'wet'. Pricing has been quoted at US$11,399.The 2007 model carried over to 2008 without any significant improvements. MSRP increased to US$11,499.

Even the most experienced bikers claim that they have no idea how to repair or maintain their bikes in order to keep in the best condition.
